What we do

Our Impact Areas

Through creativity, community, and conversation, we design safe, youth-led spaces that break social stigma and make emotional wellness accessible across Malawi.

Mental Health Clubs

We delight in creating tutor-led spaces in schools where young people access mental health literacy, learn healthy coping strategies, and build resilience through open conversations and support. Our clubs bring together trained facilitators and student leaders who guide weekly sessions on stress management, emotional wellness, and peer support — helping young people build skills they carry long after they leave the classroom.

Community Engagement

We focus on creating safe, stigma-free spaces through community events such as family fun days, mental health forums, school outreach sessions, and interactive activities, alongside webinars, digital campaigns, and our Mind Matters Podcast to increase awareness and normalize conversations around mental health.

TulaNkhawa Talks

Providing accessible and confidential psychosocial support and referral pathways, giving young people a safe space to seek help, heal, and navigate challenges without fear of judgment or stigma. Through online counselling, TulaNkhawa Talks connects the public to professional care when they seek to feel secure and supported.
